There is no surprise that Sunday Brunch is just as popular as Sunday service. I was invited to Sunday Brunch at Quinn’s on the Corner is in the Rosslyn section of Arlington, Virginia. Who says no to brunch? Not this girl, you know I have a passion for fashion and #FatSnacks. No mimosa’s left behind.
Quinn’s on the Corner offers a European inspired menu with a fusion of Irish & Belgium favorites.
Mimosa’s are a staple for brunch so it was only right that I start out with one. Quinn’s offers a variety of flavors so I had to try some of them out. I started with the Pineapple Mimosa and it was delicious. Not pictured is the Pear Mimosa I also had, just as delicious as the first. They also start you out with his house made BBQ seasoned popcorn, it was surprisingly yummy.
When I go to a place I like to try out the thing they are known for; waffles are one of them. Quinn’s serves up a Belgian Waffle, Creamed Chipped Corned Beef and Lobster. I went for the Lobster Waffle; this waffle sits in lobster bisque and is topped with fried lobster.
Lamb Hash includes potatoes, onions, peppers, braised lamb and two eggs sunny side up.
Fries are a classic so we had to give them a try.
This is what a bloggers brunch looks like. Food and phones.
I didn’t know anyone in this group prior to my arrival. I now know some new names and faces and a little bit about them.
