I recently got a Physical as I was long past due. Good news, I checked out pretty healthy however I was told (and already knew) I need to exercise. I am what they call “Skinny Fat”. This was not news to me as I’ve always held down my inner fat girl. I had already decided it was time to shed this “belly fat” so this was right on time.
