It all came about when I did The Color Run earlier this year and had a lot of fun. So much so I signed up to do it again; only this time I invited the family. The kids were really looking forward to it. We’ve participated in a lot of charity run/walks but nothing like this.
5 Tips to Making Fitness fun for Kids

3. Sign up for the fun runs, they are all the rage and they support amazing charities. Double win!
