Okay Cuties this is the last post in my ATL series. If you’ve been tuned in then you know I checked out the Expo, ate like a queen and now I’m going share the other things I did while there for five days.
Part I: Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo | Part: 2: What we ate | Part 3: What we did
Selfies with the Selfie stick and your sister because this is the first time yall have taken a sister’s trip.
Meet up with your girlfriend that moved to Atlanta several years ago.
Enjoy lots of laughs while we catch up over good grub.

Women be shopping…
Shop! I arrived with 4 pair of shoes and came home with 10 pairs.
This picture shows you three of my new purchases.
Nordstrom Rack: 1: Flat Kenneth Cole {left} 2. DSW: Coach Pump {middle} 3. Jeffrey’s: Christian Louboutin aka Red Bottoms {right}
More selfies, this time in the park as we walk to the Georgia World Convention Center for the Atlanta Ultimate Women’s Expo.
Do fun games at the vendor booths at the Expo
Late night walks to get grub without checking to see if the neighborhood is safe. hahahaha
Meet up with a local Blogger Boo that you’ve only known virtually. Then chat like long last girlfriends over grub. Hey ChiChi Girl! I’m wearing a flat black Franco Sarto Sandal I got from Nordstrom Rack while there.
Visit the Georgia Aquarium and ooohhh & aaahhh over the sights. Thank you Georgia Aquarium for the comp ticket!
I love the huge fish tanks. I think they’re really hypnotizing and with all the fish inside them, I cannot stop looking at all those amazing colors! After this, I decided to buy a couple of my own tropical fish from the local pet store, for my kids to enjoy watching fish at home. I made sure I got a fish tank filter and lots of coral and tropical plants in the tank so that the fish were all looked after in their own little fishy environment.
The Aquarium was on baby watch with this Beluga Whale at the time of our visit. I checked for an update and she became a Mommy on Mother’s Day, May 10th. Great timing for sure click HERE for more info and pics of the baby {126 lbs.) whale.
I was afraid to even look at this Albino Alligator
The Sea Otter was hilarious, oh if life could be so simple.
Apparently I was invited to this peep show. #Freaky {Did you sing it like the commercial?}
Dragon Seahorses look so funny yet cute
I was representing the A with the autographed Atlanta Falcons dolphin. #NewYorkGiants
I plugged in this address and arrived for the most exciting experience of our entire trip.
Double Dutch Aerobics with the cutest couple we randomly ran into while at the expo although they didn’t attend the expo. Anytime we see someone with the words “Double Dutch” on their shirts, we are asking questions. They happily shared with us and we showed up for their fitness class. WHAT! I hadn’t jumped double dutch in almost 20 years but apparently it’s like riding a bike.
… you guessed it! This class was fun but it’s not cake walk. It’s a full on work out but they can teach ANYONE to double dutch. The video shows a few things I learned during the class. In an hour of fun we burned 500-700 calories.

My new favorite couple
Sean & Michelle aren’t just in Atlanta; they have instructors in other cities. Check their website to see how you, your children or grandma can connect with them. They don’t judge.
If you know other fun things to do in he A let me know. I’ve done all the M.L.K Jr. things and The World of Cola
Chat with me in the comment section below or here, here or here.

Johoveleen I needed that break so bad. I was determined to live it up start to finish.
I’m thinking I’m going to have to make it to the ATL this summer! It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 15 years since I was last there. I’ve always liked the energy of the city and am now thinking it’s a place my daughter, who enjoys traveling as much as I do, would enjoy.
You and your daughter would have a great time. There is so much to do and eat.
Looks like you had an amazing time! Shopping and local experiences make for a winning weekend!
For sure Tyra, I love having fun doing simple things.
