Graham Cracker Pudding Cups

Hey Cuties,

I have a fun little snack to share with you. Nothing fancy, nothing sponsored just my love and adoration for #FatSnacks. This is a great treat for you and the girls or you and the family. It is really quick and easy and you can totally allow people to think you were slaving in the kitchen for hours. I strolled past the ready-made Graham crust and I had to try them.  I wasn’t sure what I was going to make with them but I purchased them and let the idea come later.

Ingredients: Jell-O Pudding  Toppings {Cookies and or fruit} – Graham Crackers Crust – Milk

Get creative and make it your own. I used vanilla pudding; get the flavor of your choice. Two boxes were plenty to fill the 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts.  The Cookies are always in the .99 cent bin. The graham cracker crust is located in the baking aisle.

I followed the instructions on the Jell-O pudding box.

Pour the milk in and grab your whisk.

Get your cardio on and whip it good. Then put in in the fridge to chill.

Decide on your toppings, I went with mini Vanilla Wafers and Honey Teddy Grahams

I used a teaspoon and crushed them up. This is also amazing on ice cream.

The graham cracker crust are ready, just open the container.

Add pudding in, add crumbs on top and then I added a single cookie to the middle.  The kids were laughing at the Teddy Graham bear; he looks like he is in distress. lol EAT & ENJOY!!!

You can adjust your toppings to make them fancy, cut up strawberries and blueberries on top would give it a different look. You could also crumble chocolate chip cookies.

What flavor would you use and what would you top it with? Chat with me in the comment section below or FBIG or Twitter.
