Macy’s Holiday Window Unveiling, DC

Hey Cuties,

The weekend is upon us; I imagine you are gearing up for the Thanksgiving holiday.  Have you planned out your menu? If you aren’t cooking have you decided on your travel arrangements? The kids only have school two days next week. That in and of itself means I need to prepare my nerves.  All this extended parent and kid time can be exhausting for all of us. To kick off the holiday season we hung out with the folks at Macy’s last weekend.This was our first time attending the Macy’s holiday event so I took a pre-game photo of the kids. That coupled with the fact that they are growing like weeds.

Macy’s elves did a great job setting the mood. They were seriously dressed up as elves; they gave out these cute signs, Snoopy ears, coloring books and more.

Grammy award winning singer, Chrisette Michele, Empire’s V. Bozeman and singer and songwriter Adrian Marcel.

After the young folks got us in the Christmas spirit a few celebs took the stage.I’m a huge fan of Chrisette Michele so I always love to hear her song. Adrian Marcel was new to me but I appreciate his performance.  If you’re a fan of the show Empire then you probably recognize V. Bozeman.

V. shared my picture and this sweet message to her fans. {Faint}

I woke up to this and I was floored, what a sweet message and a share to her 17,966 fans. V. Bozeman and I officially go together. hahahahaha

    Macys is one of my favorite department stores. They have some of the best holiday displays. Chrisette Michelle has one of the best voices in the business. The altos and sopranos in that choir was on point. Glad you and your family had a great time.
