Hey Cuties, Last weekend was yet another epic weekend in the books. The Momference, a conference geared toward black millennial moms took place. Why? Because other conferences don't involve and or create content relevant to our needs and experiences. Face it, as much as we would like the world simply is not created equal. We are ignored, overlooked or simply left out of movements. This was a safe place for Moms of color to share, to be inspired, and to be heard.
Hey Cuties, Happy Friday Cuties, today my is the day my Wendy Williams episode airs. This was a fun shoot to do, as you know I am no stranger to the Wendy Williams Show, although I have not been in years. This is the first time I was actually in the episode; usually, I am just in the audience being cute.
Hey Cuties, I had the most incredible Friday night E-V-E-R a few weeks ago! Legit, there are not enough words to express all of the feels. Because we are internet cousins I'm going to share it all with you. When I say "what is for you is for you" you have to understand that the Universe is constantly at work. We get what we need when we don't even know we need it. You think you are being a blessing to someone only to find out they are a blessing to you. Listen Linda!
Hey Cuties, I have a lot of favorite things right now, and I will share them with you. I also want to know what your favorites are right now. My new favorite is the Red Table Talk it is a Facebook Show (Facebook Watch) featuring Jada Pinkett Smith, her daughter Willow, and mother Adrienne – three generations of women open their home for a series of candid conversations with family and friends. They are real and they are only a few episodes in, but it is so freaking good.
