Topic: Resolving Childhood Trauma. As adults, some of us haven’t addressed our childhood traumas. We haven’t talked to a therapist to help heal from our issues, or we wait until they come rushing out as adults and try to figure out how to navigate such a tricky course. Life comes at us fast sometimes and we are forced to deal. That is exactly what happened to me and I was so not prepared. I’m sharing my story with you with the hopes that it helps you out should you be put in this situation. Back Story: Here
