Hey Cuties, I have a fun post for you, this one challenges you to share your wrapping skills, or the lack thereof. Yes, I meaning your gift wrapping skills. Kmart is a long time supporter of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and they want you to participate in the #WrapBattle. 💛
Hey Cuties, Sunday I hit the streets in support of St. Jude, ya'll know my love and devotion for all things St. Jude. We gathered for some holiday cheer at the Williams-Sonoma in Annapolis, Maryland. Our gracious host Riche Holmes-Grant of The Riche Life, and my fellow St. Jude Ambassador put on a beautiful event in the name of charity.
Hey Cuties, Last week I had another amazing evening at the St. Jude Call to Service event hosted by the National Pan-Hellenic Council. This is my third year attending and it gets better and better every time. Each year we meet an amazing St. Jude patient and hear their story. Then we enjoy the musical sounds of amazing artist like Kelly Price, Regina Belle, and this year Raheem Devaughn.
Hey Cuties, I finally get to share some of the details of my trip back to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. A lot has changed since my last visit in 2016, I was shocked. Yet happy to now that they are continuing to grow and that growth is thanks to you. I have remained active since my first visit, I told you I take this seriously. You can't be a change maker by sitting on your butt and doing nothing.
Hey Cuties, I hope you remembered to spring forward Saturday night. Are you like many others struggling to adjust? I had an amazing time hanging out with the folks from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital on Thursday. St. Jude and Radio One music stations took over the airways for the annual St. Jude Radiothon. If you heard it on your radio then you know what I'm talking about. If you didn't, don't worry I'm going to fill you in. If you want to donate you can still call 1-800-411-9898.
Hey Cuties, Your trustee St. Jude Cutie, is back giving you some knowledge. We are 17 days from Thanksgiving, I'm just saying. St. Jude is amazing and I've told you that a million times, but this one served my personal interest. Over the years I've heard about sickle cell disease, but I always heard people say it is a black person's disease. The lie detector has determined that is a lie. You can be any race or ethnicity and get sickle cell the disease and or the trait. Did you read that for understanding?
Hey Cuties, I'm so excited to share this post with you; two weeks ago I spent an incredible three days with St. Jude. I told you about Day 1: Our tour of the National Civil Rights Museum. Then I shared my beloved Memphis #FatSnacks. Today I'm sharing Day 2: Our day at the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Just in time for September, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
